At Phoenix Vision Strategies, we are committed to providing high-quality business coaching programs designed to help you achieve exponential growth, streamline your business, and develop a powerful mindset for success. Our programs are built with dedication, offering personalized coaching, expert marketing strategies, and the support of a thriving community.

We believe that our services provide immense value, and we invest significant resources into your success from the moment you enroll. To ensure fairness and clarity for all parties, please review our refund policy carefully.

  1. Initial Consultation/Discovery Calls:
    If you have participated in a free consultation or discovery call before joining any of our programs, please note that this time is designed to give you a clear understanding of the value we provide and what to expect from our coaching journey. Due to the clarity offered during these sessions, we operate on a no-refund policy once the program has started.
  2. Coaching Programs:
    Refund Requests Before Program Start: If you have registered for a program but need to cancel before the official start date, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees associated with the payment processing (typically 5-10%).
  3. Refund Requests After Program Start:
    Once the program begins, we believe that our approach delivers results through participation and commitment. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If, within the first 14 days of the program, you feel that the program is not aligned with your expectations, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of our team.
  4. Access to Digital Resources (Phoenix Hub):
    Access to the Phoenix Hub, including pre-recorded video content and structured assignments, is granted as soon as you enroll in the program. Given the nature of digital content and resources, no refunds will be issued once access to these materials has been provided.
  5. Group and 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
    Missed Sessions: If you miss a scheduled 1:1 coaching session without prior notice or rescheduling, no refunds or make-up sessions will be offered.
    Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiting the session.
  6. Cancellation Due to Program Termination:
    In the rare event that we need to cancel a program or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund for any remaining unrendered services.
  7. Commitment to Your Success:
    Our programs are built around your active participation and commitment. We strongly encourage you to fully engage with the process, attend all sessions, complete assignments, and apply the strategies we provide. If you are facing challenges or feeling stuck, we urge you to reach out to your coach so that we can work together to find a solution.
  8. Exceptional Circumstances:
    We understand that personal or business circumstances can change unexpectedly. In cases of extreme hardship or medical emergencies, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support your request.
